What happens after I send in my Application for Entry?

Once payment has been received and your entries have been verified as correct and accepted for entry into the 2016 ADSA, you will receive by email an Exhibitor Entry Confirmation containing your labels in PDF format and instructions on how to submit your entries.

How many entries can I submit into each class?

An Exhibit can only be entered once into the ADSA, however an Exhibitor can enter a maximum of five (5) Exhibits into a class as long as they can demonstrate a technical difference between the Exhibits.

Do I send my exhibits in with my entry form?

No, we only initially need your form. The delivery date and delivery instructions are provided with your Exhibitor Confirmation Pack which is sent once entries have been processed.

Can I attend the judging?

No, judging of the Australian Distilled Spirits Awards is closed to the public.

When are the results available?

The results of the 2016 ADSA will be announced at the Awards Presentation on the evening of Thursday 21 April and will after this time be made available online via and Gold Medal winning Exhibitors who are eligible for a Trophy will be contacted under embargo to provide additional promotional stock for this event. Results will be emailed and certificates posted following the Exhibitor Tasting on Friday 22 April.

What type of feedback do I receive?

Your results pack will include information on how your exhibit was scored by the judges as well as feedback from the judging panel.

What happens if I win a medal?

Your results pack will contain the certificate for your medal winning exhibit and a letter containing instructions on requesting the medal artwork from the ADSA competition manager. Please note, your designers/printers will need to have suitable software to open the files.
