Exhibitor Information

The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) thanks you for your participation in the 2017 Royal Melbourne Show Art, Craft & Cookery Competition and contributing over 3,900 exhibits from more than 900 exhibitors.

All exhibits that can be returned, as well as ribbons and certificates are to be collected on Thursday 5 October 2017 between Noon – 8.00pm from the Spotlight Makers Pavilion, Melbourne Showgrounds. Entry is via Gate 1, Epsom Road,  ASCOT VALE. Please have your exhibitor information ready for presentation at the gate.

As the showgrounds will have returned to work site mode you will be required to wear a high vis vest on site with loan vests available at the gate for return on departure.

Please note for the Cookery section: Only decorated cakes, chocolate, fruit cakes and preserves can be returned. All other food items (cakes, scones, biscuits, slices, muffins, confectionery) are disposed of at the end of Show and are not returned.

If you have won a certificate or ribbon, you can collect them on collection day, and any certificates or ribbons not collected will be posted.

Exhibits not collected on Thursday 5 October 2017 will be stored until Friday 24 November 2017.
