RupertThe 2016 Royal Melbourne Show Cat Championship was held from Monday 26 September to Tuesday 27 September 2016 in the ADVANCE Dog Pavilion.

The 2016 Cat Championship was held in conjunction with the Governing Council of the Cat Fancy Victoria & Australia (GCCFV) an affiliated body of the Australian Cat Federation (ACF).  As a result the Cat Show was held under the Rules and Regulations of the GCCFV (an ACF affiliate).  Entries for the  Royal Melbourne Show Cat Championship Cat Show are administered by the GCCFV.
