Royal Melbourne Show All Breeds Championship Show

The Royal Melbourne Show All Breeds Championship Show is Australia's leading competition with more than 3,700 entries into 2,400 classes across 200 breeds competing over nine days during the Royal Melbourne Show.

The prestigious competition attracts a panel of esteemed international judges and culminates with the Best in Show Championship (streamed live word-wide), judged on breed standards of confirmation and awarded to the Best of all Breeds.

The All Breeds Championship Show provides exhibitors with the opportunity to promote and benchmark their breed while socialising with fellow exhibitors.

Action Dog includes Obedience, Agility Games, and Agility and Jumping competitions.

What’s new in 2017

The 2017 All Breeds Championship Show will see a number of new options, an improved experience and benefits for exhibitors including:

  • The popular Open Jumping Class will return on October 1.

  • For the first time, Baby Puppy entries will be extended and entry fees have been reduced.
  • Upgraded accessibility to benching with improved fencing and an increased number of gates.

  • New benching request process

  • Online entry available for Junior Showman classes
  • One free entry admission ticket to the 2017 Royal Melbourne Show per dog per day

  • Access to purchase additional discounted general admission tickets to the 2017 Royal Melbourne Show (Maximum of 6 per exhibitor and only available until entries close)
