Horses in Action

The Royal Melbourne Show Horses in Action programs celebrates the best of the best with more than 650 horses competing across 250 classes each year. The extensive program includes saddle horse and riding classes, Showjumping, Exhibition Eventing, Hunting and Harness. The competition provides breeders, riders and owners with the opportunity to benchmark against some of the finest horses and riders in the country.

There’s nothing quite like the prestige associated with exhibiting in the Royal Melbourne Show Horses in Action competition which offers over $80,000 in trophies and prize money.

Horses in Action Wrap-Up

The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) would like to thank you for your involvement in the Horses in Action program at the 2014 Royal Melbourne Show.

It would not be possible to deliver such a unique, large–scale event without the contribution of over 9,500 people including members, volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors and suppliers.

There were more than 650 Horses in the 2014 Royal Melbourne Show Horses in Action program, competing across 225 classes.
