Horses in Action

The Royal Melbourne Show Horses in Action program celebrates the best of the best receiving over 1700 entries competing across 250 classes each year. The extensive program includes saddle horse and riding classes, Showjumping, Hunting and Harness. The competition provides breeders, riders and owners with the opportunity to benchmark against some of the finest horses and riders in the country.

There’s nothing quite like the prestige associated with exhibiting in the Royal Melbourne Show Horses in Action competition which offers over $80,000 in trophies and prize money.

Heavy Horses, Light Harness, Saddle and Riding:    6 June
Jumping:    27 June
Hunting: 15 August
