When is the membership year?

The RASV Membership year runs annually from 1 April to 31 March.

Does RASV Membership have a joining fee?

RASV members are not required to pay a joining fee.

When are membership fees due?

Membership fees are payable on or after 1 April.

What payment methods are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, cheque or money order, made payable to The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria Ltd.

When will I receive my member card?

Member cards will commence distribution from August. Please allow up to three weeks for the printing and distribution of your member card and guest cards (if applicable).

How many guest cards can I purchase?

Full members have the option to purchase a maximum of two guest cards with membership.

Can I change the name on my membership?

RASV membership is non-transferable.

How do I update my contact details?

Contact information can be changed online by logging into My RASV at www.rasv.com.au. Alternatively, you can contact RASV on (03) 9281 7444 or email membership@rasv.com.au.

When is the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held?

The 2021 Annual General Meeting of members of The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) will be conducted in August at Melbourne Showgrounds, Epsom Road, Ascot Vale.

How do I obtain a unique membership discount code for RASV events?

RASV members have access to discounted tickets at a range of industry events throughout the year. If you have not received your code via email, please contact membership@rasv.com.au or 03 9281 7444.
